Finally getting back to this photography stuff after a several week hiatus.
This morning's capture at sunrise just several blocks from home.
We do sometimes take nature's beauty for granted.

The sky is gorgeous. Can you tell me though what is that perfect black line just above the houses? Is that a power line? If it is i would clone that out.

Thanks Ellen,
As for the black line. It is the harbour's stone breakwall, built just after turn of the 20th century. 10+ years in the making. It is funny though, I got the same reaction from posting on another forum. I do agree I could remove it, but for those used to seeing this scene on a daily basis it would be noticed if it was missing.
10+ years to build and mere seconds to remove with PSP's scratch remover tool. rolleyes;

Awesome Tom. I have often wanted to capture that scene however, by the time I get into town it is long gone.
Well done my friend..
This would be awesome mounted alongside that image you took this past summer with that super blue water..

Very nice. I would be inclined to leave the breakwall in I think

Thanks for the kudos Dave.
I knew somebody would see it my original way.
I don't truly believe in altering a capture if not necessary.
I did take some heat on another forum for leaving it in. rolleyes;

Nice shot Tom. I'm in agreeance. Don't mind the breakwall. As you say, it's been there so long & recognised as part of the scenery
