This was drop by another flying insect I think it is a queen bull ant was not game to lie in front of it mean nippers shocked;

You know how I know these are great shots? Because I don't like being close to bugs and looking at these, I'm way TOO close!!! <grin>

As the shooter I am always thinking not close enough could be better , Then if you like them thats all one can ask for

Hi Rob thanks mate for your feed back.

Yes it is the 100mm I use I also add a diopter + 2 on the front but if I remember these are just the 100mm take .
I love taking insect you just never know what protective cover they have around them till you see them close up .
