Calendars

I would like to have some calendars printed using my photos. I am thinking something like an 8.5 x 11 wall calendar with a different photo for each month, bound, with the photo at the top and month calendar at the bottom. I would like the calendar printed on glossy paper and look as close to photo quality as possible. Any recommendations on where to go for this type of printing. I want to order about 10.

I've looked at MPix and they don't seem to offer glossy paper. Brainstream is outrageous on shipping (to say the least), and Lulu has glossy only on its larger calendars.

Any advice or recommendations is greatly appreciated.
