Lighting tent

I have just built my own small light tent I'm not sure what type of lights or strength of light I should use .
I am putting two of the photos on I have just taken if these are in the wrong place please let me know .

Comments on what might be wrong or what is right would be most welcome then I will know if I am on the right track.

Pat, looks like you've done a pretty good job with these. What lighting did you use?

Thks Rob for your feed back.

They are just two 60w bulbs in a couple of desk lamps every thing I do in this field will be experimental Rob as I have not got a clue with flash or studio lighting.
