The beast

I just bought a second hand one and it does live up to it's name. I think we are going to have fun together, I love the Bokeh and crisp shots so far. Does anyone know any reason why a guy would take a 1000 paso hit on this lens to get a 24-70.

If your referring to the nikon 28-70 2.8 it is a beast indeed and a gorgeous lense.

As far as selling it to get a 24-70,i suspect the seller is shooting a D3 and wants the latest and greatest to use on it.

Probably caught up in the hype and wanted to dump it to get the newer 24-70. The 28-70 is a great lens and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Well yes it's been one month and wow worth every penny. The seller did admit he was upgrading, oh well my gain. But the bum has a d3.
