I was sitting at the computer and happened to look out the window and there is a juvenile hawk. I grabbed the camera and just started shooting.. and all the shots were over exposed I tried to fix it .

I looked at both of them Diane. You did a super job of getting these shots so quickly. Your PP in the second one did him justice I think. Even the comp is good for snap judgments. Why is it under Snapshots and Bloopers? No Bloopers here.

If it was overexposed you certainly did a great job recovering it :). What Joe said about the composition too. You shouldn't post such good photos in snapshots and bloopers, you make the rest of us look bad :).
