Last weekend I went out with Mao, Bobby, Peter and dad. I think we all had a good weekend  We had some good light, we saw one hawk owl and 7 great greys. It was allot of fun, never laughed so much, and was neat because they made me feel apart of the boys :notworthy: My highlight was getting to meet Mao and Bobby and bonus to shoot Peter's MarkIII, I luv 10 frames per second :brows:

Wow! Mitchell, what a fantastic set. I love all of these. I'm only sorry that I didn't get out there to meet you last weekend. I know I missed a great weekend with you guys. I am planning to visit in June and really looking forward to it.
Congrats on these great images.
P.S. I really think you should have a MkIII. Obviously one would work just great in your hands.

What fantastic photos Mitchell. I really enjoyed meeting you and all your family. You sure are one of the boys, I would shoot with you anytime. I don't know who was giggling more, me or you. Next time we get together you can use my Mk111.

Who was the student here and who was the Mastert? Mitchell with photographs like these I think you should change the title under your avatar to Owl Master. Love the 'chicken' pose. Super work again Mitchell. So glad you guys had a terrific time.

You did an awesome job of these Mitchell, and I really like the 'funky chicken' shot. I've known those guys for 25 years so I guess I should have warned you before they came for a visit...but it sounds like you had fun anyway!! :biglaugh::biggrin::biglaugh:

Wow! WoW!! And double WOW!!! When I grow up I want to be able to capture owls the way you do!
Seriously, Mitchell, a very impressive set. You rank right up there with the best on this board!.
Question, if I may? In the third image, is the snow so soft that they sink or do they dig in?
Lastly if you do manage to talk your dad into getting you the Mk III, how about you get him to adopt me too? LOL!

Nice job on these, Mitch! I'm jealous of the opportunity you had. Guess I'm going to have to make a trip up there mid-winter to get any decent owls. :)
