Thanks Debi,
For the heads-up.
I'll be sure to mark my calendar.
Certainly close enough for a day trip by the NW Ontario Pixel Shooter contingent.
Cheers,
Tom

You are very welcome Tom. I would love to go myself, but I'm not sure about that time frame and how it will fit in with school. If I go, I would want to make a several day road trip out of it.
How far is Duluth to where you live?

About 4 hrs by road Southwest down the North shore of Lake Superior. The added bonus is that the trip is full of awesome photo opportunities.
Some of the best scenery in this area.
Cheers,
Tom

Fun to see that section of the map. I lived in an area just below the word "Saxon" in Wisconsin, I have cousins in Bayfield, WI; Duluth, Cloquet and Silver Bay, MN. :)

It's beautiful up in that area, and I agree ... it is fun to see that part of the map. It's been a LONG time since I have had a chance to vacation up that way. Last time was to Duluth and that was about 15 years ago ;(
Thanks for the heads up Spidy, I live near Tom and Jeff and will certainly mark it on my calendar.

Your welcome Ron. I hope to see a ton of shots posted when you guys are done up there.

August? You will be wishing it was winter! :biglaugh: It will be hotter than blazes at that time. You should go ... it would be a good time.
If I do get to go, I will be looking around for a group of shutter bugs looking for eagles and owles  .... Just kiddin ya
