I spent the afternoon in Central Park and came upon a model shoot going on at Bethesda Circle. The Pro was using a Canon 1DS2 and a 200mm lens. One of the neat things about Central Park is there is always something going on. Just some snaps taken with my D200 and the nikkor 35-70mm.

Great shots, Robert! That lens was one of my faves and never let me down! I'm surprised they didn't give you grief shooting, of course the photog looked like he was getting ready for a nap. That 200 is the f1.8...similar to the Nikon 200/f2. What a beauty!

I was also amazed at the size of the diffusion panel. Wish I could have one like that for my location shoots!

Thanks for sharing these!

Robert Im feeling the urge to head straight to JC Penny and shop.
You nailed these! The fourth one and the last one are as good or better than anything
in a catalogue. Looks like enjoyable time!
You can beat that lens for the money either.

Great shots. It would be really interesting to watch a shoot like this for an amatuer like me. One thing I noticed that I thought was wierd. Why is the girl in the orange jacket barefoot?
