I got to go with my dad this afternoon, we drove to the park after our long drive of seeing nothing ;( , but I got to shoot the camera without sharing with my sister :brows: I like the new 400 lens dad got and he let me shoot in A mode for the first time and show me how to expos + - and think i am gettin the hang of it. I am really having fun but still

well well well , great job Mitchell :notworthy: you pretty well shot all on your own today and made some nice adjustments , looks to me you are a quick learner  . Very proud of you , way to go! Now you have to admit that carrying that big tripod around all afternoon was worth the trouble ;)

Excellent light and pose in the squirrel shot Mitchell. It's good to learn the manual modes on the camera and you did very well. You're on your way to out shooting your father :cute:.

Wow! Mitchell, these are really great. Actually, they are fantastic. What a great job you did. You are obviously a young man who learns very quickly. I expect that you will soon be giving your dad some pointers.
I can't pick a favourite as they are both equally fantastic. Congratulations on your new 400 lens. You will be getting a lot of wonderful shots with it.

Very nice captures. I have to ask you a question if you don't mind. Did your dad put you up to mentioning you used a 400mm?

Mitchell, the exposure on your buffalo shot is better than your dad's shot! You and Delaney must take after your mother!
Nice job!!
