I had to do it and do the test with the dollar bill. This is the unsharpened version at 1/500s F 5.6 400ISO used only the mono pod. 100% crop.

Ellen, stop it. Stop it now! This sort of thing is contagious, and if you don't stop, we'll all be doing it soon. :D

BTW, your lens is sharp. :)

Ellen, I hope you never question that lens again. It looks perfectly sharp from here and I'm a half world away.

I think it looks great. Especially considering there's no USM applied to the 1st one.

Hmmm, wouldn't mind some of those dollar bills, makes my dollar coin seems heavy and worth not as much... ;)

(For those not familiar with the denomination Downunder, the $1 bill was decommission a while back, and was replaced by the $1 coin. Anyone remember the sketch by Ernie Dingo where he tried to "float the dollar"? It didn't work and it sank in a glass of water... :biglaugh:).

Nice and sharp Ellen!

BTW, you might be in trouble if you had reproduced the entire bill here... ;)

Regards,
Jonathan
