Because the D2H does not have a built-in flash, you will need at least one Creative Lighting System compatible flash like the SB-800 attached to the camera as the master flash to fire other slave flashes.
On the SB-800 flash, you can set the master/slave settings, just press and hold the SEL (center of rocker) for a few seconds, and the settings menu will show. The flash settings in at the the top right corner.
On the D2H body itself, you need to navigate to the flash section where you can adjust the various settings for each flash participating in the CLS, +/- compensation, etc. Note that I am going by my experience with the D200/D70, the D2H should not be much different, if anything there would probably be more options. I don't own the D2H.
You can always consult the D2H and the SB-800 maunals ;).
D2H specifications are no longer published on the Nikon USA site, but you can find the specifications from the dpreview review here:

Looks like the D2H (being the first with CLS I believe) may not have as many settings as I thought within the camera for multiple flash heads, you will need to set each slave flash individually via the menu of the master SB-800, and also the slave settings in each individual slave.
The CLS is a very comprehensive and flexible system, powerful but also complex and daunting to start with.
A quick Google search should give you plenty to read about: http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=Nikon+D2H+CLS+flash
