I'm sorry Paul, but I can assure you it is not intended in that way. It is more a reflection of the perfectly able "village idiot" that everyone of us seems to know. Could it have been worded differently? Maybe, but then someone else would probably take offense at it for some other reason.

I am sure the words were not intended to offend. And I know the image is hilarious! That is why I posted it, to share a joke with friends.
