When the Pixel gang was out yesterday the sun was shining brightly, the temperature was spring like and all was right with the world. This morning we awoke to this. But then this is Canada where our favourite saying is "If you don't like the weather, wait an hour." "You didn't get this, did you Harvey."
A glimpse at the house and street.

Know exactly what you mean. Bob and I went for coffee this morning and there was a fender bender at a lot of intersections. These idiots forget how to drive in one day.

I wouldn't complain Joe! When I look down our street the snow piles are so high you can't even see our vehicles. Make it dangerous pulling out.:)

Thanks Joe, I'll save your pics for the summer so I can remind myself how crappy it gets.

Yep, we got it too, Joe. Ours came in a bit later. Started around 8:30 and just kept on coming. We were out running the dogs and inside of an hour, at least 2 inches of heavy, wet snow was blanketing the car when we got out of the county forest.

I heard you guys got a lot Peter. Lucky we don't live in Oswego New York. They have ten feet of it. They are on the south side of the lake and we on the north. Makes a huge difference with lake affects snow.

No thanks. I really don't want to be reminded.

Just came back from Home Depot and the roads were slushy but at least the squalls are over. Thoroughly enjoyed myself yesterday and then blowing snow today was a little depressing. We'll get over it. If any Ozzie is reading this, what is your weather report?

That cooled me down some what Joe. Considering we have 30C again today. More to come next week. But I like the look of the street were you live.

31 degrees C outside right now, and not a cloud in the sky! Might have to slap some sunscreen on before my bike ride... :)

At least all you had to do was to drive down to the local Timmie's....I had to glide to work but - I'm sure you have had to do that too.
It was beautiful sight though.

I'm glad I could be of service Madam. And thank you for the street compliment.

Sure rub it in Rudi. Make us feel worse than we do. And don't forget to rub in that sun screen.

It was real pretty to look at @ 10:00 am. All gone by 2:00pm. You didn't crash going in to work did you? Don't laugh. A lot of people did.
