Great set, Ron. I love the background blur in the first shot. That one does it for me. A knockout.

Great action series Ron, how many more weeks do you have of this?

Thanks Jeff, yeah that first one was my favourite of all I got that day.

Thanks Harvey must modestly agree :).

Thanks Bobby, depends on the weather, I think they wrapped up last year in mid March on a very slushy track :).

That first one is fantastic. Great panning action, and nice clean background. :notworthy:

Whoa, I'm really digging that first shot!! Amazing.. what shutter speeds do you normally use to create that 'blur' ??

Great work, as usual!

Cheers,
Adrian

I think it's unanimous. They're all good Ron but the first one is a clear winner.

Thanks Adrian, the shutter speed was 1/180th. Several factors play into achieving motion blur when panning. The slower the shutter speed and the faster the subject is moving of course will increase the background/foreground blur as well a longer lens (200mm in this case) and having the background closer to the subject will also play into your chances of achieving motion bluring.
