Part of the beauty of a vacation to a sunny spot from a cold spot is just relaxing in the sun. While my mom was horrified to see her feet in an image, I liked this one from our trip:

Tell your Mom that hundreds of people on the forum have looked at her feet and we all think she has wonderful feet.

Here's a great example from a prior thread where we discussed knowing the rules of photography and deliberately breaking them with excellent results.

I love this shot! As a people shooter, the rule is never show the bottoms of feet but in this case it is absolutely the right choice.

Yeah, that's going to make her feel better...

Just so you know, I did apply a gaussian layer mask and smoothed her feet...she'd kill me if she knew I shared that with all of you!
