A question about Quantum...

Okay Quantum currently has 2 brands of flash heads currently on the market, one is a 200ws head and the other is a 200-400 ws head, now.. does this mean you can just switch from 200 to 400, or does this mean it just isn't a consistant flash head???

Also, does anyone have any experience with the older T2 models or the Model T?? how do they compare to the newer models?
