Sofia's debut

Sofia and I went to the Oakland Nature Preserve this afternoon. I went with my camera and she was armed with my wife's Nikon Coolpix P&S. Here are 3 of her shots today. We did see an eagle and it was fishing but by the time we got to the pavilion to take its pic, it had flown away. We looked for the Screech Owl but he wasn't in his hole either. But, we had a good couple of hours.

She was in jpg mode and there was a tough color cast so I just did a PS manipulation.

All that green, wish our snow would go away! 2nd one is nice, I like the lighting! 3rd one, well , Dad's hair looks kinda messy!!! LOL

Sofia, congratulations are in order. You did great work. The first one is gorgeous to look at. The second is very creative. The third one I think you should send me the raw file and I will clone a good looking bird in place of the one you did photograph.
