I have been looking at these for years, and the price is getting better.
It seems high but 32mp yummy. No problem with dr or other small senser quirks, I guess its nice to dream.

Depends what you want to do with it, Dave. The MF digitals are great for studio work, mostly on a tripod, stuff like that. The one thing that surprised me when I tried the Hassy out at a trade show, was how much mirror slap I could feel coming through the body. Now that the bodies are lighter, the mirror slap was really pronounced! For handheld stuff (which is the way I like to shoot), while the resolution is impressive, you'd have to remember to keep the shutter speed up to negate that mirror slap. Not a problem in a well-lit studio, but again, that is not all that I like to shoot. No point having 30mp+ resolution, if all you're gonna capture is camera shake! :D
That is why I like my full frame 5D over a crop sensor camera. All things being equal, a larger sensor will always outperform a smaller sensor! If you have an application for a MF digital back, it WILL do better than a 35mm-sized DSLR. I just don't know what I would need to shoot to REQUIRE a MF digital back. Posters? No problem with the 5D. Large advertising banners, maybe.
Get yourself a contract with an advertising agency, Dave! Then you'll have an excuse to get one. :)

It's gotta be because the new bodies are lighter, right, Cliff? It scared the hell outta me the first time it happened! :D

The Hasselblad h3d say Leaf shutter. Funny You would think they could solve that one for 45000 Cad. hehe I see a 39mp senser. I have not seen to many of them fired without a flash maybe thats the draw back.
Imagine the crop capabilities. On their site you crop to 300% on a sample and stare at dust mights. Maybe they set the body in concrete hehe.
It would be for studio and hobby, but I still like the idea of the 5d.
