Sorry I am not very computer savvy. I am having a problem getting on to dpreview. My computer keeps saying cannot display this site. It has been suggested to clear the cache. How and were do I do that.

What browser do you use, Ellen? In Firefox, if you go into Preferences, you can clear the cache, you can also reload the page while holding the Control key (I believe that's the right key, I hope I'm remembering this correctly from my Windows days :)). Internet Explorer is similar, but honestly - I cannot remember if it is identical...

Kevin thank you, I did as you said did both with the files and cookies. It did not work. It still says Internet Explorer cannot display the web page. I have tried every thing went to Google and put in the site. All the different things come up. I click on it and always the same message comes up.

I wonder if it could be some line problem between Australia and England (I'm assuming that's where dpr is hosted). I've seen that happen before. But it seems strange it would work for Rudi and others but not you.

I just double-checked, and Firefox 2.0.0.3 definitely lets you clear the cache and cookies from Preferences, if you look around. Let me know if you need any help (even though I am on a Mac, these should be pretty much in identical locations).

Could be an ISP-specific problem (DNS server playing up, that sort of thing...).

I have tried every thing even setting a restore time to a couple of days ago. But still it tells me Internet Explorer cannot display the web page.

I'd try Firefox, Ellen, as a last resort. Download and try it (IE does occasionally do some strange things).
