Yes Jonathan, I've looked at this lens but the Canadian supplier has no idea as to when it's available. So, I guess I'll have to make do with something else in the meantime - TBA - soon.

Hmmm... I'd love to try it, doubt that I would spend my money on it. It's gonna be HEAVY and no IS, plus the old story of worrying about after-sales service here in Oz... ;(
