Interesting! I don't use them, but just today noticed that the battery inside my Sekonic L-358 died. Maybe I should consider getting a rechargeable...

Found someone at DPreview forum that has been using the Delkin RCR-123a's for the last 7 months with their R1C1 setup and no problems with the batteries or using it with the Nikon equipment. I guess I'll be investing in 3 of them. They will have paid for themselves after 4 re-charges if I bought in bulk or 2 rechages if I bought locally.

Another response. Only this one has been using them over 1 year with no ill effects. Again Delkin batteries. So I've ordered some.

What do you use them for, Gary? I've just bought another Lithium one today, since I've figured out that I go through one of those every couple of years or more (in my incident light meter). It would take me at least 12 years' worth of regular batteries to pay for the one rechargeable battery and charger! I figured I'll hold off for a while...:)

I will use them in my su-800 and SB-R200 close up flashes. I get 300 flashes per pair of batteries in the flashes and suppose to get over 1000 transmissions in my SU-800 which I can also use with my SB-800's. I will probably break even in less then 6 months.
