Nothing like pushing ourselves into the action. Rumour has it Mao, Harv and Bobby are going to Florida in March rolleyes; We know Kevin is an excellent guide. And what, no invite, no mention, no nothing :disgust: Being the personality I am, and with Ann begging to go to Florida as she now has Florida lust, from a Canadian perspective, being in shorts and t-shirt in March , well that is just appealing. Shooting the variety of birds we see day in and day out there, well lets say enough all ready. I think we can get a western contingent to crash their party bouncy; What say you roflmao; Nothing like pushing our way in :brows:

Nick, it's probably too early to determine that yet but my guess will probably be no. It seems to be taking an early shape similar to what MI4 was like. I know Mao wanted to shoot eagles on the west coast and we'd probably do Ft DeSoto, and Mao & I talked about Snail Kites at Joe Overstreet, plus all the other usual haunts.

Originally it was going to be Mao, Harv & Bobby but now it sounds like all of Canada is coming. ;)

Well all I know, is I want to go when the temps are about 75F , it is so friggin hot here now I can't stand it, sweat is pouring down my face as I type! I want air conditioning, hubby says for 5 days a year, he thinks not!
The most thing I want to photograph is a pink spoonbill, alligator and Kevin(as long as he used his hair gel!) Can you buy snake spray there like bear spray here???? If I see a snake I wont' t be able tomove and might pee my pants!!!!!

March, April and May are very tolerable, Ann. It's in the 80s by May but the other months are slightly cooler. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Have you all set a date? The shuttle launch is set for March 11th and it's a night launch! A can't miss photo op. It is scheduled to go up @ 2:31am. Leave the bar and go straight to shooting a night launch. What more can you ask for?

Tried to get a flight down for next week-end and got a shocker! By the time all is said and done, for 2 days I'm gonna be shelling out $1400. So, I'll pass and meet up with you guys April 5 & 6.

I was gonna come down shoot all week-end and leave the D3 with you Kevin until I get back on April 5 but I don't think it's gonna happen unless you want to send me a ticket :biglaugh:
