Adam Jahiel?

Hey, I just picked up the lastest edition of lenswork. I noticed some extremely stellar Black and white photos and being a big fan of that type work I kept looking. I flipped over to Adam Jahiel's secion and was wondering if anyone knew how this type of photo was produced? Maybe its the paper? Maybe its the post process? Maybe its film?

Any thoughts? Thanks

which version would that be? Lenswork III?? or did they come out with a new one while I was asleep?

Lenswork is a magazine... lenswork no. 71. Also I am 99 percent sure its the ortan technique. I don't know why I didn't think of that first.
