Both subjects are so darn cute!

I'm laughing at the "until I'm 25" line.

Congrats Delaney.

Hi Delaney, nice rabbit!

I had a rabbit when I was about your age. He had a proper name, but my friend next door called him Raisins and that sort of stuck. He lived in a cage in the back yard. He was a great pet, for awhile, but sort of limited in the communications department. Not as bad as a snake or an iguana, but our hamsters were more interesting. In the end Raisins went to live at the Winnipeg zoo. I think we were both happier.

Your rabbit is much better looking than Raisins though, so I bet you'll keep him/her longer. One nice thing about rabbits, they don't eat too much! Not like a big dog.

Congrats Delaney, Mocha is a beautiful Lop indeed. My wife and I raised many rabbit breeds for years. We had many English Lops, Anghora, Dutch, Netherland Dwarf, Jersey Wooley and Rex. They're a lot of fun to watch run, jump and play. The young right out of the nest box were way cute. We had some that lived in the house and were more like cats than rabbits. They would demand attention and crawl right in our laps. Most people don't realize that they're easier to house train than a cat and they keep themselves even cleaner than a cat as well. Wishing you and Mocha many, many years of happy times together.

Steve
