The color original didn't look spectacular, but BW conversion looked more interesting IMO.

Actually like them both Igor. Think the clouds look better in the color. Just my opinion

Thank you for sharing both:-)I like them both too, Igor!
I think I like the original a bit better.
For me there is more more warmth and depth to the coloured photo and the clouds dont seem as busy as they do in the B/W:-)

I'll go the different route and say I like the B&W better. The lack of color makes you really study the shot, which I think is a good thing. As a color version, it's just kind of ho-hum. But the B&W is cool!

Thanks Sally, thanks Kevin.
Probably a matter of taste :) I prefer the BW for quite unusual look of the things you are used to see in color...

Hi Igor,
I like the B&W. Just wondering if it is possible to enhance the contrast a little, the branches are a bit washed out and more like IR effect.
But as Rob said, the sky is awesome in the colour version and works well against the branches.
Regards,
Jonathan

Thanks Jonathan, I made them soft intentionally, used the PS remove noise filter for this. Then sharpened a bit.....

Undecided! Leaning towards the B&W.

I think it is the B&W hands down. Love the mood it portrays.
