Beautiful close focus shots Jim, when the raptors aren't flying you still find great shots. Were these taken with the 400 and tubes or straight up?

I love the "fade to black" in the first shot and the composition in the Swallowtail shot. They're all very nice!

Thanks Rob I took the last two shots using the 70-200 with tubes and natural light, (no flash ) I'm always looking for a dark and distant background :)

Thanks a lot Mr B, If I remember correctly the first two were taken with the 400mm straight up, the last two with the 70 -200 and tubes
