Windswept

[EV Wonder]

I really liked the leaning of this tree and could only imagine that over the years it had given way to the prevailing north winds. I would like to try again, perhaps isolating the tree either against the sky or the lake, but this was my best attempt set against a spectacular sky.

Thanks once again, Rob. The color of the sky was amazing, but the landscape was rather plain and so I looked for something to add foreground interest. It didn't come out quite as well as I hoped but....you gotta try!

I'm not too good at visualizing things, but I don't see how isolating the tree would improve it any. This is really nice as it is.

I really like this shot. Great colors. Looks similar to the Divi-divi trees on Aruba. :)
