Printing stops before complete?

Here's one I have never experienced before. Sometimes it prints about an inch of an 8x10 then spits the paper out. Sometimes it prints about half then does the same thing. I get a message that says "document failed to print". Has anyone else ever had this problem? I sure am wasting a lot of paper. I forgot to add that it does print as it should sometimes too. :confused_1:

I'm using an Epson R1800 with the latest driver installed if that makes a difference. TIA

I found this , sounds like your not alone. In one case exact same as you, uninstalled printer driver, reboot, then reinstalled and fixed it, the other case USB, try a different port, when installed, check your USB hub to make sure it is working correctly

Thank you Keith. I am doing both suggestions tonight. Just like those guys, mine started doing this out of the blue. :confused_1:
