Thanks Frank yes did have second thoughts frank on the lens sold the 100 macro then new I had done the wrong thing so went out and bought a new one plus an extention tube .

Salas,Ann,Ellen thank you for your replyes If I keep getting good replyes like this who know what I will spend prime L 400 lol still we have holidays to go on first .
