Autumn on the Waterfront Panorama Plus

Four 5D portrait photos stitched together in CS3. F16 focal length 17mm photographed at the mouth of the Current River in Thunder Bay, in the background is the United Grain Growers elevator with the Dutch registered vessel Kasteelborg taking on a load of grain. I was impressed with the way photomerge was able to do a pretty seamless job on the rather animated water.

A Lake Superior commercial fishing boat docked at the government wharf
in Thunder Bay. At one time almost destroyed by the introduction of
the sea lamprey the Lake Superior fishery has rebounded. Whitefish,
lake trout, herring, and salmon make up 95% of the commercial harvest.
