Hey folks.. Sometime ago I saw a link to program for diagramming lighting set-ups but I'll be darned if I can find it again. Anyone seen or heard of it?

Found two here http://www.diyphotography.net/lighting-diagrams One is a psd file with diagrams (graphics of umbrellas or reflectors etc.) that you can use in PhotoShop to design your studio lighting layout. The other is an on-line tool for creating studio layout diagrams.

I just got some studio lights....sort of. They're work lights from Canadian Tire. They work great and are 1/10th the price! The difference in my submissions to contests is astronomical.
As for setup, I wonder if a 3D program would be useful in this regard. They even have renderers so that you might get an impression of what the resulting setup would look like. You could see shadows, even colour casting on some of them. Has anyone tried this before? I've used lots of 3D drawing and rendering programs but never thought about them for this purpose before.
